Nick Palumbo's  "Sinister"  is a 4 - minute promo short that was shot on 35mm film on location in New York City. In this haunting tale of death and decay in the inner-city, a young girl discovers "innocence is hell". Eight year old Megan lives in a world of fairy tales and dreams. She soon finds the cold reality of life, as her dreams turn into nightmares. She hears things she doesn't want to understand. She sees things she doesn't want to believe. Megan may be having a bad dream, but it's no fantasy that her friends are vanishing.

Director Nick Palumbo presents a frightening story of a little girl lost, psychotic tenants and rampaging serial killers.
